Shipping costs: mainland Spain €10, Portugal: €21, Europe (European Union) €22, Europe (Non-European Union) €25 (This price includes customs costs, but not the Taxes that depend on the taxes of each country) USA: €35 and rest of the world €35.(This price includes customs fees, but not Taxes, which depends on the taxes of each country)

DELIVERY TIMES

Romera Brass does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on its website, except for those products for which a specific guarantee is expressly cited. The catalog shown is indicative since the items are manufactured to order and according to customer specifications. This situation prevents Romera Brass from being able to accurately inform its customers about the availability of the products as well as to guarantee a specific delivery period which, in any case, will depend on the manufacturing time and other production circumstances.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Romera Brass establishes a period of approximately 15 days (plus transport days) for the effective delivery of the product from the moment the customer made the payment for the order. The delivery time of the merchandise may vary depending on the location where it is to be made available to the customer and the availability of the products, as previously mentioned.

It should be noted that all references will be sent at once. Thus, Romera Brass reserves the decision that all the material is delivered together, or in several shipments.

In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 30 days over the approximate period of receipt of the product set when formalizing the order, and provided that this delay is attributable to Romera Brass, the client, prior written claim (e-mail), may unilaterally withdraw from the order, restituting the amounts paid (except those related to transport), in accordance with articles 103 and following of Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, the client will have the right to revoke the requested order, prior written communication to romerabrass@icloud.com
