RETURN POLICY
The circumstances that can cause a return are the following:
Defective product of origin: In this case, Romera Brass will manage the change or repair of the item immediately. The exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, with Romera Brass bearing the transport costs corresponding to the return and new shipment.
Product that by mistake does not correspond to the order: in this case, Romera Brass will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
You must previously communicate in writing with Romera Brass through the email romerabrass@icloud.com. We will tell you how to proceed to return the item and we will confirm if it proceeds.
The item must be properly packed for its return, we will not accept returns of products handled by the customer, those returned without the original factory packaging, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete both in its main elements and accessories.
Nor will returns be accepted due to a change of opinion regarding the product. Therefore, our products, being personalized, can only be returned if they have manufacturing defects. In addition, the current situation caused by Covid-19 forces us to further tighten our return policy. Being a product that is used in contact with the lips, hygiene precautions must be taken.
The fact of receiving the material in our facilities does not imply acceptance of the return and/or payment of the product(s) until its correct review and confirmation. Merchandise will not be reshipped until the condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned has been verified at reception at our facilities.
