🎥 Video link In music, the sound DOES matter.
Today, while surfing on TV, I saw an ad that caught my attention.
Since a girl was playing the trumpet
and I stopped to watch it.
Over the image, a voiceover was heard..............
The ad was from the government and it was saying that it helps and encourages young people to realize and achieve their dreams.
That helps them in their studies, with scholarships…
Come on, don't worry, everything will be fine.
AND
Only at the end of the ad does the voice stop and a trumpet solo is heard.
Well... rather a sound that simulates a trumpet.
Because you can clearly hear that it is a digital sound. Created by computer
Maybe the one who created that sound is a young sound engineer, who was given a job, and that's fine.
But, from my point of view, taking a little more care with the forms and content would be a much greater help for all young people.
Because, if the image appears in this case of a girl playing the trumpet,
the logical thing would be to hear a real trumpet.
It's not a criticism of the ad, it's just a personal reflection.
Dreams are not built just with nice messages, but by saying the truth, taking care of the forms and respecting each craft
And in the musician's craft the sound really matters.
If you see someone playing an instrument,
Don't you think the logical thing is to hear its real sound?
Even if it's not perfect, it's okay.
Tell me what you think!!!!
